We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. 

However, as a courtesy to our customers, we may choose at our sole discretion to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, seeking a refund, or re-shipping an order. Any such assistance is provided as a goodwill gesture only and does not constitute an obligation or admission of responsibility. We reserve the right to determine when and how such assistance is offered.
